Elmwood Neighborhood Services- Founded in1976
to improve housing and work on other economic issues affecting
the neighborhood, the organization provides loans, grants,
technical assistance, training and advocacy in several distinct
projects in order to promote neighborhood revitalization.

| Bob Vila in Elmwood- Bob's helping eleven residents tackle small projects like porches, kitchens, bathrooms, and even a third-floor artist's studio. |
| Dorcas Place- Assisting low-income adults in realizing their full potential through literacy, employment, advocacy and community involvement. |
| Lillian Feinstein Sackett Street School- The Lillian Feinstein Sackett Street School is a grade K-5 elementary school, including a full compliment of bilingual classrooms. |
| Knight Memorial Library- The following materials collections of the Knight Library are of particular interest: the Spanish language collection; the Rhode Island and Providence historical collections; and the Arnold Tombstone Records, useful for genealogical searches. |
| ¡CITYARTS!- ¡CITYARTS! is a non-profit community-based fine arts/performance organization dedicated to providing an environment which encourages the exploration and development of the artistic talents of Providence youth. |
